Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with three front dormers, shingle roof, and a clapboard and shingle exterior. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, sunroom, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garage.
