Set of twelve architectural drawings of house for Henry F. Simmons in Weston, Massachusetts (commission #591) including four elevations, five plans, one plot plan, one rendering, and one sketch. Rendering is signed "Royal Barry Wills." Plot plan is by Associated Civil Engineers (Melrose, Massachusetts). No other drawings are signed or dated.
Drawings depict a one-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a stone and rough board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A two-car garage is on the basement level.
