Set of nine architectural drawings of house for Nicholas DeMartinis in Wakefield, Massachusetts (commission #1370) including four elevations, two plans, two plot plans, and one rendering. All drawings are dated; rendering is signed by Royal Barry Wills. Plot plan was made by civil engineer E. F. McManamin (Wakefield, Massachusetts).
Drawings depict a one-story Cape Cod-style house with a shingle roof and a stone and clapboard exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, an attached one-car garage, and a grape arbor.
