Set of fourteen architectural drawings of house for builder August Johnson Associates in Newton, Massachusetts (commission #248) including four elevations, three plans, two framing plans, one plot plan, and four details. No drawings are signed or dated.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with four front dormers, a slate roof, and a shingle exterior. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, library, dining room, kitchen, pantry, lavatory, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room is on the basement level.
