No drawings are dated or signed. House was built for developer Walter H. Haker.

Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style saltbox house with a slate roof and clapboard exterior. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, two lavatories, covered porch, four bedrooms, and one bathroom. One plan shows a possible additional bedroom and bathroom in attic.
