Description

Set of twenty-three architectural drawings of house for Francis R. Austin in Dover, Massachusetts (commission #1407) including three elevations, three plans, one topographical map, and sixteen details. Most drawings are signed and dated by Ken Duprey, Robert E. Minot, or Warren J. Rhoter. Topographical map was made by Gleason Engineering Corporation.

Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with a slate hip roof and a whitewashed brick, clapboard and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, breakfast room, kitchen, lavatory, five bedrooms (one iwth fireplace), three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
