Set of eleven architectural detail drawings of house for Stephen T. Roumell in New Buffalo, Michigan (commission #1171) including four elevations, five plans, and two details. Drawings are not dated; most are signed by Ken Duprey, Robert E. Minot, or Claude Miquelle.
Drawings depict a two-story Modern house with a flat roof and a white stucco exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, roof terrace, and an attached one-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level. A professional office with separate entrance, reception room, library, and lavatory are also on the first floor.
