Description

Set of thirty-nine architectural drawings for Mr. and Mrs. F.M. Rhoten (commission #1806) including eight plans, eight elevations, twenty details, one plot plan, and two renderings. Some drawings are signed and dated by Royal Barry Wills, Richard Wills, Leon Keach, and John Howard.

Two-story Colonial Revival house with a salt box, three car garage. House has a wood single roof with clapboard and flushboard exterior.

First floor has a living room with fireplace, family room with fireplace, eating area, kitchen, covered porch, bedroom, and bathroom.

Second floor has a study, sewing room, two bedrooms, a dressing room and two bathrooms.
