Description

Set of nine architectural drawings of house for builder Maurice A. Dunlavy in Newton, Massachusetts (commission #578) including four elevations, three plans, and two framing plans. No drawings are dated or signed.

Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a clapboard and brick exterior.
