Set of fifteen architectural drawings of house for Robert G. Rice in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (commission #1151) including three elevations, three plans, one plot plan, one rendering, and seven details. Most drawings are signed and dated by Royal Barry Wills, Leon Keach, Robert E. Minot, or Claude Miquelle.
