Set of nine architectural drawings of house for Georgina Flattery in Brookline, Massachusetts (commission #283) including four elevations, four plans, plot plan, and two framing plans. No drawings are signed or dated. Maurice A. Dunlavy was the builder.

Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with tower, slate roof and a whitewashed brick and board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, sewing room, kitchen, eating nook, three bedrooms, and one bathroom. A recreation room and two-car garage are on the basement level.
