Set of six architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. John Hartley in Warwick, Rhode Island (commission #1422) including three elevations and three plans. Drawings are signed and dated by Richard Wills.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with a saltbox garage wing, two front dormers, an asphalt shingle roof, and a clapboard, shingle, and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room is on the basement level.
