Description

Set of twelve architectural drawings of house for builder Maurice A. Dunlavy in Brookline, Massachusetts (commission #165-G) including four elevations, four plans, two framing plans, plot plan, and one detail. Drawings are in pencil on trace. No drawings are dated or signed. House was built for developer Walter H. Haker.

Drawings depict a two-story five-bay Colonial Revival-style house with a slate gambrel roof and clapboard exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, eating nook, lavatory, sunroom, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, dressing room, and child's room. One plan shows a possible two additional bedrooms and one bathroom in attic.
