Set of nine architectural drawings of house for Harry J. Blake in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts (commission #304) including four elevations, three plans, one topographic map, and one detail. No drawings are dated or signed. The developer was Haynes & Hernandez.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a slate roof and a brick exterior. House has a vestibule, living room with fireplace, library, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, pantry, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, maid's sitting room, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A recreation room and two-car garage are on the basement level.
