Description

Set of four architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Howard in Walpole, Massachusetts (commission #1814) including one elevation, two plans, and one detail. Most drawings are signed and dated by Frederick W. Crombie or John F. Howard.

Design is a modification of the two-story Gambrel Cape Cod-style house with two front dormers shown on page 63 of "Houses for Homemakers." Modifications include the addition of a play room and bedroom.
