Description

Set of twenty-five architectural drawings of house for Dwight T. Hersey in Wellesley Farms, Massachusetts (commission #232) including four elevations, four plans, two framing plans, plot plan, and fourteen details. No drawings are signed or dated. Also included is a topographic map dated 1929 made by Everett M. Brooks, Civil Engineer, Newtonville, Massachusetts.

Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a brick and rough board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, breakfast room, kitchen, pantry, maid's room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garage. One bedroom has a fireplace.
