Description

Set of eighteen architectural drawings of house for Frank M. Barnard in Belmont, Massachusetts (commission #536) including four elevations, four plans, one plot plan, and nine details. One drawing is dated; four are signed "Wills" or "R B Wills." Builder was August Johnson Associates.

Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a stone and rough siding exterior. House has living room with fireplace, library, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, covered porch, lavatory, maid's room and bathroom, three bedrooms, dressing room, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A pool room with fireplace is on the basement level.
