Set of twenty-eight architectural drawings of house for Mrs. James A. Ward in Scituate, Massachusetts (commission #330) including six elevations, seven plans, one plot plan, two framing plans, two heating plans, and ten details. One drawing is dated and signed by Royal Barry Wills. Drawings include one set of drawings numbered as being commission #330; this set is in fragile condition. Also present are one undated set of tracings of the first set of drawings. One drawing dated 1932 and signed by Robert E. Minot is noted as for J. Frederick Bechtel in Niles, Michigan.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with two front dormers and two one-story wings. House has living room with fireplace, studio, dining room, kitchen, covered terrace, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
