Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a steeply pitched shingled roof and a brick exterior. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, eating nook, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A two-car garage is on the basement level.
