Description

Set of thirteen architectural drawings of house for builder Ross Realty Corporation in Lexington, Massachusetts (commission #897) including five elevations, six plans, and two framing plans. No drawings are signed; some are dated. Plans were also used by builder John Raymond Lester in Springfield, Massachusetts for an unidentified commission.

Drawings depict a two-story Gambrel Cape Cod-style house with a wood shingle roof and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining area, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage. Some drawings depict an alternate design.
