Drawings are signed by Richard Wills but are not dated. Topographic map is by surveyor H. Kingman Abbott of Reading, Massachusetts. All drawings are marked "Void."
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with a stone and shingle exterior. House has living room with fireplace, family room with fireplace, kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
