Set of eighteen architectural drawings for Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin F. Goodrich Jr. in Duxbury, Masschusetts (commission #1798) including four elevations, three plans, two details, one landscape plan, one cross section, and one rendering. Most drawings are signed and dated by Warren Rhoter and John Howard.
