Description

Set of eight architectural drawings of house for developer I. Alan Balfour in Cape Cottage, Maine (commission #1581) including four elevations and four plans. All drawings are signed by Richard Wills; no drawings are dated.

Drawings depict a two-story saltbox Garrison Colonial Revival-style house with a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, kitchen/keeping room with fireplace, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached two-car garage.
