Blanchard in Melrose, Massachusetts (commission #518) including four elevations, five plans, photostatic copy of rendering, and three details. Rendering is signed "R B Wills." No other drawings are signed or dated. Chester S. Patten was the builder.
Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with a hip roof and a brick exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, maid's room, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, roof deck, and a two-car garage.
