Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival house. House has lavatories, office, workshop, laundry, wine storage, play room with fireplace, additional storage, living room with fireplace, library with fireplace, bar, conservatory, dining room with fireplace, kitchen, eating area with "barbaque", six bedrooms, maids rooms, five bathrooms.
