Set of nine architectural drawings of parsonage for the Congregational Church in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts (commission #1226) including one elevation, three plans, and five framing plans. All drawings are dated and signed by Warren J. Rhoter.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style parsonage with an asphalt shingle roof and a clapboard exterior. Parsonage has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, four bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage. A playroom with fireplace is on the basement level.
