Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with five front dormers, a wood shingle gambrel roof, and a shingle and rough board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, pantry, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, dressing room, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
