Set of eleven architectural drawings of house for Mr. John T. Dalyrymple in Bolton, Massachusetts (commission #1641-A) including three elevations, four plans, three sketches, and one detail. Some drawings are signed and dated by Warren J. Rhoter. Included in the drawings are unnumbered and undated drawings for Clifford Matthews. Notes on the binding strip (removed) include:"Alternate Plan" and "Orig. plan filed Dwr. 111 / Swiedler #1641."

Drawings depict a "Basic House" with a covered porch and two-car garage addition.
