Set of forty architectural drawings for Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Moore in St. Clair, Michigan (commission #1769) including seven plans, eight elevations, two plot plans, one rendering, nineteen details, one cross section, and two heating plans.
Some drawings are dated and signed by Leon Keach, John Howard, Robert, Minot, and Ken Duprey.
One-story French style house with round tower and two car garage.. House has cedar shake roof and white washed brick.
Lower level has a studio, bedroom with fireplace, bedroom, covered terrace, bathroom, play room with fireplace, potting room, and green house.
First floor has a living room with a fireplace, family room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, lavatory, two bedrooms, two bathrooms.
