Drawings depict a two-story saltbox Colonial Revival-style house with a clapboard exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, library, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, maid's room, three bedrooms, sewing room, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
