Set of nine architectural drawings of house developed by Royal Barry Wills in Melrose, Massachusetts (commission #543) including four elevations, three plans, and two framing plans. No drawings are dated or signed.
Drawings depict a two-story saltbox Colonial Revival-style house with an asphalt roof and a shingle exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, lavatory, three bedrooms, and one bathroom. A one-car garage is on the basement level.
