Set of twenty architectural drawings of house for Heber G. England in Montpelier, Vermont (commission #734) including four elevations, three plans, three heating plans, two framing plans, and eight details. All drawings are dated; most are signed by Royal Barry Wills, Merton S. Barrows, Amelia Brooks Valtz, or Nathaniel Perry Tufts.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a whitewashed brick and rough board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, ktichen, maid's room and bathroom, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, dressing room, and an attached two-car garage. A playroom is on the basement level.
