Set of twenty-three architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Harold A. Grout in Barrington, Rhode Island (commission #1637) including three elevations, three plans, two plot plans, one landscape plan, two sketches, one rendering, and eleven details. Some drawings are signed by Royal Barry Wills, Ken Duprey, John F. Howard, Robert E. Minot, or Warren J. Rhoter; most drawings are dated.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with a cedar shingle roof and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, lavatory, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
