Description

Set of twenty-three architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. French in Winchester, Massachusetts (commission #1652) including four elevations, three plans, five framing plans, one plot plan, one topographic map, and nine details. Some drawings are signed by Richard Wills; three drawings are dated. Topographic map is by land surveyor Frederick A. Ewell of Winchester, Massachusetts.

Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with a saltbox garage, an asphalt shingle roof, and a clapboard and flush board exterior.
