Set of twenty-four architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Everett H. Singer in Amsterdam, New York (commission #1431) including two elevations, five plans, one music/television plan, one rendering, and fifteen details. Some drawings are signed and dated by Royal Barry Wills or Warren J. Rhoter. Music/television plan was done by Concert-Craft Inc. in Schenectady, New York.
Drawings depict a one-story French-style house with a cedar shingle hip roof and a whitewashed brick and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, eating area, two bedrooms, dressing room, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room and liquor storage room are on the basement level.
