Bruckhauser in Brookline, Massachusetts (commission #1489) including six elevations, three plans, two cross sections, two framing plans, one plot plan, two renderings, three heating plans, and eighteen details. Many drawings are signed and dated by Royal Barry Wills, Ken Duprey, Robert E. Minot, or Warren J. Rhoter. Also included is a kitchen plan by Breckenridge Inc. of Boston, Massachusetts.

Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with a one story-wing, a slate roof, and a whitewashed brick, clapboard, and flush board exterior.
