Set of twenty-three architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Marion L. Bradbury Jr. in Muskegan, Michigan (commission #1447) including three elevations, three plans, one cross section, three plot plans, one rendering, and twelve details. Some drawings are signed Robert E. Minot or Warren J. Rhoter; most drawings are dated. One plot plan was made by civil engineer M. M. Bock.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with a one-story garage wing and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, family room with fireplace and grill, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
