Set of nine architectural drawings of house for Lloyd C. Douglas in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts (commission #317) including five elevations, three plans, and one detail. No drawings are dated or signed. Developer was Haynes & Hernandez.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a slate hip roof and a brick and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, two maid's rooms and one maid's bathroom, four bedrooms, dressing room, and two bathrooms. A recreation room and two-car garage are on the basement level.
