Description

Set of eleven architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Norman Schmidt in Harvard, Massachusetts (commission #1351) including four elevations, three plans, one cross section, one framing plan, and two details. Most drawings are dated; one is signed by Robert E Minot.

Drawings depict a two-story Gambrel Cape Cod-style house with a one-story saltbox angled wing, an asphalt shingle roof, and a clapbaord and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen with fireplace, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
