Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with slate roof and a clapboard exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, maid's room and bathroom, three bedrooms (one with fireplace), and two bathrooms. A one-car garage is on the basement level.
