Set of thirty-one architectural drawings of house for George F. Quimby in Wellesley, Massachusetts (commission #168) including seven elevations, eleven plans, two cross sections, two framing plans, one sketch, and eight details. Sketch is signed by Royal Barry Wills. No other drawings are dated or signed.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a brick and rough board exterior. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, lavatory, playroom, four bedrooms, dressing room, and two bathrooms. Drawings also depicts a one-story addition with a maid's room and bathroom.
