Set of sixteen architectural drawings of house for Mrs. Helen Darlington McCandless in Great Barrington, Massachusetts (commission #1487) including three elevations, three plans, one cross section, one plot plan, one rendering, and seven details. Most drawings are dated; one is signed by Richard Wills.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with two one-story wings, a wood shingle roof, and a shingle and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, two covered porches, maid's room and bathroom, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage.
