Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with two front dormers and a clapboard exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, maid's room and bathroom, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A recreation room with fireplace and a one-car garage are on the basement level.
