Drawings depict a two-story Gambrel Cape Cod-style house with three front dormers and a clapboard exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, pantry, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A playroom is on the basement level.
