Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a brick and rough board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, lavatory, maid's room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
