Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a slate roof and a brick and clapboard exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, study, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
