Set of twelve architectural drawings of house for builder August Johnson Associates in Belmont, Massachusetts (commission #621) including four elevations, five plans, and three details. Most drawings are dated; seven are signed by Hugh Asher Stubbins Jr. and one is signed by Nathaniel Perry Tufts.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a one-story wing and a stone, stucco, and rough board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms (one with fireplace), one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage.
