Description

Set of thirty-seven architectural drawings for Mr. and Mrs. Paul F. Avery in Winchester, Massachusetts (commission #1710) including three elevations, four plans, three plot plans, four frmaing plans, two heating plans, and twenty-one details. Some drawings are signed by Warren J. Rhoter; some drawings are dated.

Drawings depict a one story ranch with a shake wood roof, stone, and batten exterior.

Lower level has maids room, bathroom, sewing room, utility room, study with fireplace.
