Drawings depict a two-story Gambrel Colonial Revival-style house with two front dormers and a shingle exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, maid's room and bathroom, covered porch, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A play room with fireplace and a one-car garage are on the basement level.
