Set of ten architectural drawings of house for Ellis K. Heath in Worcester, Massachusetts (commission #258) including four elevations, three plans, two framing plans, and one detail. No drawings are signed; one is dated.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with slate roof and a brick and board exterior. House has a vestibule, living room with fireplace, library, dining room, kitchen, pantry, lavatory, covered porch, two maid's rooms and one maid's bathroom, four bedrooms, dressing room, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A card room with fireplace and lavatory are on the basement level.
